Out of network, in writing
Tendon Chiropractic is out of network. You pay at the visit and ask for an itemized superbill, and your plan decides what it reimburses. We give you the cost in writing first.

Fee ledger
Three lines, each with its own fee in your written estimate.
A talk, an exam and the first care your doctor recommends. About 45 minutes.
A short check-in and an adjustment. About 15 minutes.
Hands-on work added to an adjustment visit. About 15 minutes.
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us, and we give it to you in writing before your visit. X-rays are taken only when medically necessary, and we tell you what they cost and show them to you first.
Paying and claiming
Each visit is charged by the line, at the fee in your written estimate. You leave with a paid, itemized receipt.
It lists the date, each service and its code, our fee for each and what you paid, with the doctor's license and identification.
You can send the superbill to your plan with its claim form. The plan decides what it reimburses, and we cannot say in advance.
